In December we asked you to provide feedback regarding ezbook, including your challenges and pain-points. Your response was overwhelming, thanks for being open with us.
A key item in that feedback was to provide users the ability to reset their own password, without them having to reach out to Site Administrators.
This coming Sunday, Feb 25, 2018, we will be rolling out that functionality. From then onward, users will be able to reset their own password on ezbook. To all those of you that are Site Administrators, our goal is to simplify your day and reduce (and finally eliminate) password reset request that come your way.
We are not changing any functionalities at this time so everything else should operate as today after the update.
In order to roll-out this functionality, we will have to shutdown ezbook.com. This update will begin at 6 pm EST on Saturday, February 24, 2018 and is expected to be completed by 8 am EST on Sunday, February 25, 2018. ezbook.com will be unavailable for this duration while the maintenance is taking place.
Thank you for your patience and apologies in advance for any inconveniences caused.
