ezbook product announcement – March 6 2018
As we continue our enhancement journey, we are planning to deploy the following fixes and enhancements on March 10, 2018.
1. Fix for the “Need Assistance?” Link: Currently, if a user clicks on this link on a sign-in page, it gives an error and the user is unable to see the names of contacts to request support.
After we deploy this fix, the link will open up a page that shows the names of the various administrators and contacts for each site.
2. Enhancement to the “Locate Existing Booking” report: Currently, when a user selects the “Days” option for “show duration of booking in” filter, the number of days are calculated based on the number of hours. What this enhancement does is that it provides users the option/ability to indicate that the start and end dates should be considered as full days.
This enhancement is an optional function and if you don’t select this, your report will function just as it does today.
A screenshot has been provided below that shows the additional functionality we are introducing.
We are not changing any other functionalities at this time so everything else should operate as they do today.
In order to roll-out these changes, we will have to shutdown ezbook.com. This update will begin at 6 pm EST on Saturday, March 10, 2018 and is expected to be completed by 8 am EST on Sunday, March 11, 2018. ezbook.com will be unavailable for this duration while the maintenance is taking place.
